Inside RIKAZAI
①Heat treatment system
The metal is softened using a vacuum annealing furnace to remove distortion while suppressing oxidation.
②Warm rolling mill
The heated ingot material is drawn out to a thickness that will pass through the cold rolling mill.
③Inspection equipment
The condition of the rolled product is checked before heat treatment is applied.
④Cold rolling mill
There are four cold rolling mills, the keystone of the processing.
⑤Office
The Sales Division and Management Division operate here.
⑥Product Storeroom
The temperature and humidity are controlled.
⑦Foil cutting room
The metal foil is cut to the required size.
